1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing designerboutique.au ("the Site") or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to comply with all applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Victoria.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Products are offered in limited quantities; placing an item in your cart does not guarantee availability until checkout is completed.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, stock errors, or violation of these Terms. If payment has been taken and your order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd using PCI‑DSS Level 1 infrastructure. We do not store full credit‑card numbers on our servers.

5. Shipping

Orders dispatch within 1 – 3 business days. Estimated delivery times: 2 – 8 business days within Australia; 7 – 20 days international. Detailed policy: see Shipping & Returns.

6. Returns & Exchanges

You may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund, subject to our Returns Policy. Custom or Final‑Sale items are non‑returnable except as required by the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content are © Designer Boutique unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any part of the Site without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Designer Boutique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria to resolve any dispute.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
